What to Expect During Your Warranty Appointment
Your warranty appointment typically takes about 20 minutes.
During the appointment, one of our carpenters will:
Ask you about the issue and what needs to be repaired.
Inspect the area or item to determine what may be causing the problem.
Take a few photos for our records.
Determine whether the issue is covered under your warranty.
If the repair is covered under warranty, our carpenter will schedule a convenient time to pick up the item or complete the next step in the repair process.
What to Expect During Your Consultation
Your furniture consultation typically takes about 35 minutes and is all about bringing your vision to life.
During your appointment, your artist will:
Talk with you about how you want your furniture to look and feel.
Go over different paint colors, stains, finishes, and design options.
Discuss how we can restore, refresh, or redesign your existing furniture.
Show you color and stain samples so you can see your options in person.
Share custom examples and inspiration photos to help you visualize the finished piece.
